For standard styles of 3,500 lb axles we don't have any that match your spring seat to spring seat dimension but we do have an alternative style of axle that will work.
For that we have the Timbren Axle Less kit part # A35RS545E which has the capacity you need and comes with hub/drums and brake assemblies. This kit attaches to the frame rails of your trailer directly and would be a great choice.

You would need to measure from the hub face to hub face and then from the spring mount centers to pick out the correct axle to fit your trailer. The side mounting bolt holes measure 7 inches apart on center for the Lippert Manual Pull-Out Step for RVs - Double - 7" Drop - 24-1/4" Wide # LC432682.

If your current wheels have 5 lugs, there's an excellent chance they are a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern. The easy way to determine this is measure the center to center distance between 2 adjacent wheel studs. If that distance is 2-5/8 inches, the bolt pattern is confirmed to be 5 on 4-1/2 inches.

Based on the information you provided I can almost guarantee you have 3,500 lbs axles, which means you'd want 3,500 lbs brakes like part # AKEBRK-35-SA (my personal recommendation) and grease seal # 58846. You can't hardly beat these brakes both value and ease of use. They are self-adjusting which means you won't have to worry about manually adjusting your brakes each year.

It looks like the springs that you have are the 4-Leaf Double-Eye Spring for 3,500-lb Trailer Axles # SP-210275. These springs do not have a lot of curve built into them at 2-3/4" when relaxed from eylet to top of spring pack.
